January 6 to March 30:
    Concentrated academic study, lectures and classroom practice sessions.

April 1 to July 15:
    Lectures and supervised patient care.

July 13 and 15:
    Mid-term exam.

July 20 to August 12:
    No classes held; two weeks of supervised patient care and two weeks of vacation.

August 17 to December 9:
    Lectures and supervised patient care.

December 9 and 14:
    Final exams.

December 16:
    Review of finals, certificate of completion awarded and adjournment.

The 2009 Residency Program will begin
